Our bags - a perfect fit for every need

We manufacture various types of bags for a wide range of applications. Here you will find an overview of our products with brief descriptions of their applications and properties.

    • Flat bags are simple, unfolded bags without a side or bottom gusset. They consist of two flat layers of material that are sealed or heat-sealed on three sides, while one side remains open. Due to their flexible and space-saving shape, they are particularly suitable for packaging flat or small products in various sectors, such as the food, pharmaceutical and packaging industries.

    • Due to their rectangular cross-sectional shape, side gusset bags are often used in the industry as inliners in E2 crates, cartons or other containers. They serve as a hygienic protective layer between bulk goods, foodstuffs, chemicals or animal feed and the container. Thanks to their shape, they enable optimum space utilization and easy handling.

    Bundling types

    • Blocked

Blocked bags are bags that are grouped together into an organized bundle with a stable edge at the top. This arrangement makes handling easier, as the bags are not loose but organized. Thanks to the block edge, the bags can be easily fixed with clips or hung on pins, allowing quick access. They are particularly suitable for efficient use in industry, retail and food processing.

    • Savings blocked

Savings blocked bags are an optimized version of block-bottom bags. They are also bundled together but feature two small cutouts at the top. This design reduces material consumption without compromising handling. The bags remain organized, can be secured with clips or hung on pins, and allow for quick, efficient access – making them ideal for industry, trade, and food processing.

    • Loose

The “loose” bundling type refers to a form of packaging in which bags are folded into bundles of 25 to 500 pieces and packed in boxes. This variant is particularly economical, enables easy handling and reduces packaging material

    • On roll with core

The “on roll with core” bundling type refers to bags that are wound onto a cardboard or plastic core with a tear-off perforation and bundled in a C, G or Z-fold to save space. This variant is ideal for automatic filling or dispensing systems and enables particularly efficient processing.

    • On roll without core

The bundling type “on roll without core” refers to bags that are rolled up with tear-off perforations and bundled in a space-saving C, G or Z fold. The rolls can be fixed with a band, which makes it easier to transport individual bundles. This form of packaging is often used for classic bin liners.

    • On pin

The “on pin” bundling type refers to bags that are bundled on two plastic tubes. This allows the bags to be hung up and enables easy, individually removable handling. This variant is particularly suitable as an inliner for cartons and E2 boxes - frequently used in the food and packaging industry.

    Finishing levels

    • Block bottom

The block bottom seals, also known as 45° bottom seals, make handling easier as no liquids or materials get stuck in the corners. This means that the bags can be emptied particularly easily and completely. The base structure also ensures a secure stand and easy filling

    • Punched

Punched means that the bags are provided with holes (half or full) with a diameter of 6 mm.

    • Textured

Textured means that a structure is pressed into the surface, making the bags glide more easily over smooth surfaces.

    • Needled

Needled means that the bags are provided with small holes at a distance of 15 x 15 or 40 x 40 mm. This can be done over the entire width or over certain areas.

    • Print pre-treated

The print pre-treating allows the bags to be printed or labeled.

    • Printed

Printing is possible as position or spread printing for up to two colors.
