Packaging Act

    Act on the Placing on the Market, the Taking Back and the High-Quality Recovery of Packaging (Packaging Act – Verpackungsgesetz - VerpackG).

    § 15 Obligations of manufacturers and distributors to take back and recover packaging

    We hereby provide the following information on our obligations as manufacturers and distributors to take back and recycle packaging pursuant to § 15 paragraph 1 of the Packaging Act:

    our transport packaging not subject to system participation consists of:

    • cardboard packaging
    • Polyethylene (stretch film / cover film / wrapping film)
    • PET (strapping band)

    All packaging materials are 100% recyclable when disposed of according to type and can be handed over or sold to disposal companies and recyclers at no cost or at a profit.

    We are aware of our obligation to take back used, empty packaging free of charge. In close consultation with our customers, we are happy to find individual and ecologically sensible solutions for dealing with our transport packaging.
