Our sheets - a perfect fit for every application

Whether as protection, interlayer or cooking film - our film blanks are versatile and tailored to specific requirements. Here you will find an overview of our standard cut-to-size variants and their applications.

    • Flat film sheets are mainly used in the food industry - as a hygienic intermediate layer or as cooking film for the production of meat products such as pâtés in high-temperature applications.

    • Half-tube sheets are ideal for space-saving bundling of blanks. They can be folded opin on one long side, doubling the width - for flexible use in a small space.

    • Tube sheets are often used as protective covers for profiles, e.g. for windows. They make handling easier, protect against scratches, dirt and sunlight and provide additional transport safety thanks to their anti-slip properties.

    Bundling types

    • Blocked

Blocked sheets are sheets that are combined into an organized bundle with a stable edge at the top. This arrangement makes handling easier, as the blanks are not loose but organized. Thanks to the block edge, the blanks can be easily fixed with clips or hung on pins, allowing quick access. They are particularly suitable for efficient use in industry, retail and food processing.

    • Savings blocked

Savings blocked sheets are an optimized variant of blocked sheets with a block edge. They are also combined into a bundle, but with two small cut-outs at the top edge. This reduces material consumption without restricting handling. The blanks remain organized, can be fixed with clips or hung on pins and enable quick, efficient access - ideal for industry, retail and food processing.

    • Loose

The “loose” bundling type refers to a form of packaging in which sheets are folded into packages of 25 to 500 pieces and packed in boxes. This variant is particularly economical, enables easy handling and reduces packaging material.

    • On roll with core

The bundling type “on roll with core” refers to sheets that are wound onto a cardboard or plastic core with a tear-off perforation and bundled in a C, G or Z-fold to save space. This type of bundling simplifies handling, especially for large dimensions.

    • On roll without core

The bundling type “on roll without core” refers to sheets that are wound up with tear-off perforations and bundled in a space-saving C, G or Z fold. The rolls can be fixed with a band, which makes it easier to transport individual bundles.

    • On pin

The “on pin” bundling type refers to sheets that are bundled on two plastic tubes. This allows the blanks to be hung up and enables easy, individually removable handling.

    Finishing levels

    • Punched

Punched means that the bags are provided with holes (half or full) with a diameter of 6 mm.

    • Textured

Textured means that a structure is pressed into the surface, making the bags glide more easily over smooth surfaces.

    • Needled

Needled means that the bags are provided with small holes at a distance of 15 x 15 or 40 x 40 mm. This can be done over the entire width or over certain areas.

    • Print pre-treated

The print pre-treating allows the bags to be printed or labeled.

    • Print pre-treated

Printing is possible as position or spread printing for up to two colors.
